I focused my attention on the abundance of wildflowers in this prairie landscape scene

Western redcedar and sitka spruce give way to the coast redwoods in the South Coast landscape

two oak trees and a few peachleaf willow trees composed the subjects and began photographing

foraging in trees and shrubs for insects

The soft lighting illuminates this beautiful scene with the freshly fallen snow having a patterned effect on the lake

TREES OF THE PARK PINK I focused my attention onAfter photographing the sunrise at Wildflower Lake, I turned my attention to the South Fork Kishwaukee River with the reflections of the box elder tree that hugs the rivers bank, along with a couple cottonwood trees, two oak trees and a few peachleaf willow trees composed the subjects and began photographing. It is always nice to spend the mornings in the park enjoying the beauty of the area. (493 33)
